U.S. Master™ Wage-Hour Guide, 2009 Edition 
Presents a first approach to the broad and complex controls under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and other statutes regulating employee wages and hours.
North Dakota has reissued wage-bracket and percentage method withholding tables for wages paid on and after January 1, 2009. The new tables reflect recently enacted tax cuts (see CCH PAYROLL MANAGEMENT GUIDE Report Letter 2094, dated May 12, 2009). The percentage method tables are reproduced in this Report Letter on pages 8—11. All of the tables will be reproduced in the CCH PAYROLL MANAGEMENT GUIDE and appear on the North Dakota Tax Department website at http://www.nd.gov/tax/indwithhold/pubs/
guide/index.html. The annual exemption amount for 2009 remains $3,650. The supplemental wage rate has been decreased from 3.92% to 3.44%.
