5500 Preparer's Manual for 2012 Plan Years

The IRS is seeking comments on a revision of a currently approved collection of information concerning Form 4972, Tax on Lump-Sum Distributions (From Qualified Plans of Participants Born Before January 2, 1936). There is no change being made to the form at this time.
